Delete your Finzo account and data

App: Finzo · Developer: Codensoft · Last updated: 18 August 2026

Finzo does not yet offer self-service account deletion inside the app, so deletion is handled manually by us. The process below is free, and it is available to you whether or not you still have the app installed.

How to request deletion

Email: contact@codensoft.dev

Subject: Delete my Finzo account

Send from: the email address your Finzo account uses

  1. Send the email above from the address registered on your Finzo account. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use that same address — with Apple’s “Hide My Email”, send from the private relay address shown in the app, or include it in your message.
  2. We may reply to verify that you own the account before we delete anything.
  3. Your account and all associated data are deleted within 30 days of your verified request. We email you to confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

Deleted data is removed from our active systems immediately on processing; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling schedule and are not restored to the live service.

What is retained, and why

Important: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription

Finzo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel it in your store account before requesting deletion — on Android: Google Play → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Finzo; on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Finzo. Deleting your Finzo account has no effect on store billing.

If you only want to clear your data

To erase your records while keeping your account, open the app and use Settings → Clear all data. That deletes your local data on the device and the cloud copy stored under your account (finances, subscriptions, plan, AI chat and history), and turns off renewal reminders — but it does not delete the account itself. Only the email process above removes your account.
